Day 11 in Nothern Ireland - Monday 11th July, 2011 - the day we left

Sadly our last day in picturesque Northern Ireland. We enjoyed the final breakfast and learned at that time from Richie that we will be in for a last minute sightseeing tour. I was ready at the announced time of the tour. Since I was way too early I decided to wander on the Murlough grounds for one last time. I ventured on a hither to unexplored (by me) scenic part that led to the Murlough beach and the Irish Sea. I went to the beach for the third time and took some pics. See Pictures

The team was finally on their way to Castlewellan Castle and forest park. There were birds at the lake and oh yes... The castle after more than a few duck shots and been told that we only have one hour, I finally went close to the castle and conference centre for residents only, well that last part was a bit disappointing so upon retreat I was told by my team members not to venture further. I took but did not heed their advice and snapped away and lost track of time, again. The others went on before me and I was momentarily disoriented (read lost) until Richie (who drove us there) found me. I was told to stay put and that the other team members went into a maze and boy were they amazed (pun intended). Richie gave (shouted) directions to get them out,. from an over the garden maze bridge thingy (and that's a technical term. lol) the view from there was spectacular. We were whizzed back to Murlough House, and ultimately to the Dublin International Airport via Dublin city and seeing the ship yard in which the Titanic was built.
By faith we arrived in London and I escorted Pastor Gavin to where the Hotel shuttle collected guests for the airport Hotel, waited as long as possible and then made my way back upstairs to purchase my ticket for zones 1-6 ultimately arriving at Snares brook on the Central Tube line after midnight. I walked to my sisters residence, which is where I am staying until my return to Antigua. I must say that I am really enjoying London as I enjoyed Ireland. As the say, "Come to Northern Ireland and be changed forever", Amen.
